2. How do I contact you regarding buying or selling gold?
We do not buy or sell precious metals to private individuals. Please visit Guldalliansen to find a local goldsmith who can assist you. If you're looking to buy or sell investment gold, please visit our website nsginvest.se.
3. How will my order be delivered?
Our standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed in the webshop. We ship using the delivery method applicable to your order, or you may choose to pick it up at our office: Västberga Allé 36B, Floor 4. Delivery options are selected at checkout under “Choose delivery method”.
4. How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the type of product(s) ordered.

5. How do I return a product?
Always contact us before returning any item. You can find the return form here.
Please note: There is no right of withdrawal for bars, coins, or custom-made/ordered metal products. Custom-made products are accepted only as scrap, and a refining fee may apply.
6. Why is an item missing from my delivery?
Most webshop products are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. This will be clearly stated in your order confirmation.
We’ll inform you by email if any item is unavailable. Please let us know whether you'd like it backordered or prefer to reorder later.
7. How does payment via metal account or invoice work?
Payment is made according to the quotation and agreed terms.
In the Payment Method step at checkout, you can choose to use metal from your metal account.
If you select Invoice, your metal account will not be used.
8. How can I see the balance on my metal account?
Your current metal account balance is shown at the bottom of your invoice. For further questions, feel free to contact us by phone or email.
9. Why does the invoice price differ from the webshop price?
The prices shown in the webshop are indicative metal prices, set at 08:00 CET each business day. Your order is invoiced based on the daily auction price, previously known as the “fix price.” If you place an order during the weekend, the invoice will be based on the price the next business day.
For custom-sized items, the product is cut and weighed before shipping, which may result in slight differences from the originally estimated weight.
10. Do discount codes apply to all products?
Discounts during campaigns or promotions on products containing precious metals only apply to the working cost, not the metal value itself.
