Purchase Terms & General Conditions

 

Order & Payment

These purchase terms apply when you, as a customer, purchase products from NSG Sweden AB (556484–5492).
By placing and paying for an order on our webshop or investment platform, you enter into a binding agreement with NSG Sweden AB.

Once payment has been received, the purchase is considered final and cannot be revoked, except as specified in the sections on returns and complaints.

No right of withdrawal applies to bars, coins, or custom-made or personalized metal products. Custom-made items are only accepted as scrap in the event of a return, and a refining fee may apply.

Payment terms may vary depending on the nature and scope of the agreement. Specific payment terms are stated in the respective agreement, quotation, or order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, 30 days net from the invoice date applies. In case of late payment, interest on arrears is charged according to the Swedish Interest Act.

For products subject to reverse VAT liability (e.g. gold alloys and fine gold granules), invoices are issued without VAT.
The buyer is responsible for reporting both input and output VAT in accordance with the Swedish Tax Agency’s regulations on reverse VAT.

As standard, metal is drawn from the customer's metal account at the time of order. If the customer does not wish to use their metal account, this must be actively deselected at checkout.

 

Pricing

  • Investment gold is VAT-exempt under applicable legislation.
  • Silver, platinum, palladium, and other products are sold with 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated on the invoice (e.g. reverse VAT).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in supplier pricing or global market rates.
In the event of significant price changes between the time of ordering and payment, NSG Sweden AB reserves the right to decline or cancel the order.

 

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is typically 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods such as campaigns or holidays, delivery times may be extended. Customers will be informed of any delays when possible.

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of SEK 300 may be charged.
NSG Sweden AB is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping due to the customer’s failure to receive the goods.

 

Returns & Complaints

No right of return applies to bars, coins, or custom-made products.
For other items, such as tools and accessories, returns are accepted in accordance with applicable law, provided the item is returned in undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

In the event of a complaint, NSG Sweden AB must be contacted immediately via email at info@nsg.se or by phone at +46 8 84 00 43.
Items must not be returned before the return or complaint has been approved and instructions have been provided by NSG Sweden AB.

NSG Sweden AB protects your personal privacy and does not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Limitation of Liability

NSG Sweden AB reserves the right for:

  • Variations between product images (on the investment platform and webshop) and the actual product
  • Obvious typographical errors, pricing errors, or technical issues
  • Sudden changes in pricing, stock availability, or terms due to market shifts or supplier conditions
